South Carolina authorities said on Saturday that Todd Kohlepp, the suspect they arrested before discovering the body of a man whose girlfriend was found chained alive in a storage container, had confessed to killing six other people.The confession came a day after the woman who was found in the container told law enforcement that there were four bodies buried on the site

A New Jersey town has been ordered to reinstate a police officer who asked a woman to model lingerie for him when he responded to a hotel for a fire alarm.

Edison Township fired patrolman Anthony Sarni in October. Sarni admitted to authorities that he saw shopping bags in her room and was in uniform and with his sidearm when he asked the woman to try on underwear.

NJ.com reports (http://bit.ly/1JhsjnF ) a judge ruled Tuesday that Sarni should get back the gun and badge he's accused of abusing.

Sarni's attorney said his client, who has been suspended since 2013, risked losing some skills after three years of suspension and would have to go back to the police academy.

A township attorney says Sarni will be retrained and returned to work if he passes a fitness test.

NUDE PROTESTER STRIP IN COURT!!!

A federal judge has dismissed a nude protester's claim that police violated his rights by arresting him while he played violin stark-naked outside the federal courthouse in Portland.

Matthew T. Mglej of Hillsboro, Oregon, sued the Portland police and the county last January, seeking $1.1 million in damages. The 26-year-old was arrested for indecent exposure in May 2014.

According to The Oregonian (http://bit.ly/1nbFvAk ), the judge said Mglej's nudity didn't advance a specific message, so it wasn't protected by either the First Amendment or the state constitution.

The judge allowed one allegation of excessive force against Multnomah County to proceed to trial. Mglej claimed jail deputies cut his wrists by jerking on his handcuffs.

County attorneys argued Mglej refused to follow directions once in jail and he didn't complain of injuries at the time.
